Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) to join our team at Speech Tactics, PC. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary pediatric therapy organization, you will provide high-quality mental health services to children and families in Charlotte and Monroe, NC. About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group counseling to clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including speech therapists, behavior analysts, psychologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and ABA therapists to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

Responsibilities

* Conduct diagnostic intakes and develop personalized treatment plans.
* Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group counseling services to clients using a variety of therapeutic modalities.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
* Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and clinical supervision sessions to review cases, discuss treatment strategies, and enhance professional development.

Qualifications

* Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution
* Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS)
* Clinical experience with children ages 2-18+
* Experience using Evidence-Based Treatments
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively document client progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards of practice.
