Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Police Officer to join our team at the City of Hobbs, NM. As a Police Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining law and order, protecting the community, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce laws and regulations to maintain public safety and order
  • Respond to emergency calls and investigate crimes
  • Patrol designated areas to prevent and detect crimes
  • Conduct traffic stops and issue citations as necessary

Requirements
  • Certified law enforcement officer with a minimum of 2 years of experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
