Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000, with opportunities for overtime compensation and benefits that include medical, dental, vision insurance, disability and life insurance, and paid time off (PTO).

This position offers a unique opportunity to work as a Medical Imaging Specialist in a dynamic healthcare environment. As part of our team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and radiographic exams using portable x-ray equipment, generating clear imaging results through proper use of equipment, ensuring the wellbeing of patients by keeping them calm and informed throughout the x-ray procedure, traveling to various healthcare facilities, operating company-owned vehicles, and reviewing and ensuring exams are high quality and available for interpretation in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic and radiographic exams using portable x-ray equipment.
  • Responsible for generating clear imaging results through proper use of equipment.
  • Ensure the wellbeing of patients by keeping them calm and informed throughout the x-ray procedure.
  • Travel to various healthcare facilities, operating company-owned vehicles.
  • Review and ensure exams are high quality and available for interpretation in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
  • Certificate or Associate's degree from an accredited school of radiology.
  • State certification and ARRT license required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively interact with all stakeholders, including technologists, staff, and management teams.
