Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to service requests as necessary.
  • Execute assigned tasks in accordance with SERVPRO production standards.
  • Collaborate with the crew chief to ensure all client requirements are fulfilled.
  • Assist the crew chief and other team members as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office spaces.
Additional Duties:
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each assignment.
  • Keep the vehicle organized and ensure equipment is clean.
  • Prepare areas for work activities.
  • Set up staging areas and equipment for projects.
  • Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly.
  • Follow production processes according to SERVPRO guidelines and crew chief instructions.
  • Maintain clear communication with the crew chief and fellow technicians regarding client needs and concerns.
  • Conduct end-of-day cleanup and breakdown to maintain a tidy job site.
  • Adhere to safety and risk management protocols on-site, in the office, and while traveling.
  • Be available for on-call shifts, which may require working 24/7 for a week at a time, several times a month.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid Driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state as required.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
