Job Overview:

  • As a Staffing Consultant, you will be responsible for growing and developing a portfolio of healthcare providers and working with our team to place them on their next assignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a subject matter expert in the healthcare staffing industry through active participation in our training curriculum.
  • Qualify registrants interested in utilizing Barton's services to grow your client base.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with registrants and clients to build trust and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to ensure all assignments are running smoothly and clients are satisfied.
