Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care to customers, which includes accurately processing and dispensing prescription orders, providing guidance on healthcare and medication needs, safeguarding confidential information, and managing controlled substances along with necessary documentation.

Exemplify, enforce, and guide team members on effective customer service strategies to ensure that customer inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed in accordance with company standards.

Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and regulations relevant to assigned responsibilities.

Maintain confidentiality of information, documentation, and records as mandated by company policies and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Exhibit current expertise and apply it to the formulation, execution, and enhancement of strategic plans.

Facilitate and support the execution of business strategies by cultivating relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.

Demonstrate compliance with corporate policies and procedures while upholding the company’s ethical standards.

Essential Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the NABP.

A valid pharmacy license (required by the start date).

Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
