About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity working day shifts, with a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays. You'll be based at AdventHealth Hinsdale, where you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic and advanced clinical and non-clinical patient care activities as delegated by supervising nurses
  • Aid with movement and placement of patients
  • Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living
  • Report findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff
  • Document necessary records
  • Keep patient rooms clean and maintain medical equipment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association
  • One or more of the following: Emergency Medical Tech, Practical/Vocational Nurse, Nurse Aide, or Nursing student with completed medical surgical nursing
