Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients recovering from anesthesia, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required.
  • Current RN licensure in Washington State or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • ACLS or PALS certification required.
  • One year of experience in a PACU or similar setting preferred.
