We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at MultiCare Health System. As a Per Diem RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients recovering from anesthesia, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required.
- Current RN licensure in Washington State or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- ACLS or PALS certification required.
- One year of experience in a PACU or similar setting preferred.
