Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Floor Expert to join our team at Rack Room Shoes. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective product knowledge and presentation, while maintaining a high level of store appearance and merchandise presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets through strong product knowledge and excellent customer service skills
  • Stay up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales events to effectively communicate with customers
  • Maintain a high level of store appearance and merchandise presentation standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in footwear
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
