Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality direct and consultative services based on the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) to enhance the child's development.
- Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) based on educational assessment information and/or periodic reviews.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and billing for Medicaid services.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Speech-Language Pathologists, Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, and teachers, to address the child's needs.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Physical Therapist Licensure.
