Piedmont is seeking a skilled Pharmacist PRN to join our team. As a Pharmacist PRN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and medication management services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties related to drug distribution, documentation, and compounding to meet patient and staff needs.
  • Review, compound, dispense, and monitor medication therapy for patients of all ages, including infants, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
  • Supervise pharmacy technician activities, including monitoring of orders filled by auxiliary personnel.
  • Provide patient-focused care clinical activities throughout the hospital to ensure optimal medication therapy.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy with a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Pharmacy.
  • Licensed as a registered pharmacist in the state of Georgia.
  • Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
