Job Description:

As an Online Order Filling Team Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that online orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive and fulfill online orders according to company procedures
  • Accurately pick and pack merchandise for online orders
  • Prepare packages for shipping and ensure they are secure and properly labeled
  • Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
