Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with month-end financial reporting and variance analysis
  • Support planning of IT forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis reporting process for the $200M annual IT budget
  • Utilize various financial systems to extract and manipulate data to create meaningful financial reports
  • Learn components of planning and reporting processes, including analyzing data, interpreting results, and assisting clients with reporting of information
  • Understand strategy behind investigating and correcting any financial inaccuracies within cost collectors or general ledger accounts
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled, full-time, in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited university/college focusing on Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
  • Class Standing - Rising JUNIOR or SOPHOMORE
  • Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
  • Must have the ability to work without sponsorship (now or in the future)
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Additional Coursework in the Computer Science discipline is highly preferred
  • Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet proficiency, including manipulating data, creating and modifying pivot tables, and formatting information to be easily consumed by all levels of employee and management
