• Sales and Customer Experience: Utilize your product knowledge and sales skills to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values, including our stance on fighting animal testing, and promote our unique products and services.
• Product Passion: Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay up-to-date on our products, ingredients, and unique benefits to make informed product recommendations.

• Development: Utilize Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge to improve your performance and support the growth of your team.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication and actively listen to team members' perspectives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

• Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present at work, and actively participate in teamwork.
• Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
• Stock and Inventory: Utilize Visual Merchandising guidelines to make real-time adjustments to product displays based on sales.
