Position Overview

The Lube and Tire Service Technician at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers is an entry-level role that serves as an excellent introduction to the automotive industry. This position is designed for individuals eager to begin their journey in automotive service.

Training and Development

From day one, you will engage in a thorough training program that encompasses all facets of your responsibilities. As a valued member of our service team, you will perform essential maintenance tasks on customer vehicles, ensuring their safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Changing, mounting, and installing tires
  • Removing wheels, repairing and balancing tires, and conducting tire patch/plug repairs
  • Performing quick lube services, including lubrication and oil changes
  • Inspecting and rotating tires
  • Executing basic automotive maintenance tasks, such as battery installations

We will provide training for more advanced services, including alignments, brake work, and scheduled maintenance tasks.

Compensation

Pay is determined by experience, with additional incentives available based on performance.
