Mixology Expert

As a Bartender at Sage Hospitality, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role requires a strong passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to guests and cocktail servers, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a commitment to guest satisfaction and company standards.
• Ring guest checks, collect cash, and process credits and room charges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists, maintaining established pars and ensuring efficient inventory management.
• Perform all sidework duties as scheduled, adhering to company standards and procedures.

• Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified
• 6 months of bartending experience
• Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
• Ability to lift trays, dish racks, glass racks, and other equipment
• Continuous standing required to service guest functions
• Ability to maneuver in narrow areas and between seated guests
