Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and implementing medical nutrition therapy services for assigned populations. This is a full-time, hybrid position, which includes a mix of onsite and remote shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans based on patients' educational, cultural, and support needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to determine, coordinate, and provide medical nutrition therapy.
  • Provide education, training, consulting, and counseling services to patients, colleagues, and the community.
  • Develop and update nutrition-related education materials and programs to support departmental objectives.
  • Participate in clinical nutrition productivity, record keeping, evaluation, and analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to nutrition and healthcare.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Coordinated Program, Dietetic Program, Dietetic Internship, or Pre-professional Practice program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation/Approval for Dietetics Education (CAADE) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD-eligible with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Licensed in the state of employment within 90 days of hire.
  • 3-5 years of clinical nutrition experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health records.
