Job Summary

The Boar's Head Resort is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Room Attendant. This position involves cleaning and resetting guest rooms, working collaboratively with other team members, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and reset all vacant guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, restocking amenities, and trash disposal.
  • Double-check rooms using a list of standards to ensure compliance with our high-quality standards.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of guests' personal information and belongings.
  • Report any faulty utilities or damage to rooms to your supervisor and maintenance facility.

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily room resetting goals.
  • Able to work 5-7 days per week, in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Able to clean up to 16 guest rooms per day.
  • Prior experience in Housekeeping, preferably at a Forbes-rated or AAA 4 Diamond property, is desirable.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
