Gold Bullion International is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Vice President for the West Coast territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a geographic territory, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with financial professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide expert insight and product information to financial professionals to help them offer GBI solutions to their clients.
- Grow, develop, and manage territory profitability through sales execution, marketing campaigns, business plans, and customer relationship management.
- Cultivate relationships with clients through telephone and virtual technologies, providing value-added services and proactively engaging them in new opportunities.
- Collaborate with leaders in the territory to schedule group meetings, develop sales opportunities, and build relationships with advisors across assigned territory.
- Proactively follow up with advisors to advance the sales process and deepen relationships.
- Manage and grow existing relationships to drive new business and meet goals.
- Minimum 5 years of financial services sales experience.
- HubSpot experience preferred but not required.
- Experience using LinkedIn as a prospecting and networking tool.
- Internal, external, and/or hybrid sales experience preferred.
- Ability to drive results, increase presence, and market share.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial products and related concepts.
- Able to work independently and prioritize work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Understanding of market trends impacting the business with a desire to seek continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Base salary ranges from $80K to $100K with a monthly commission based on gross territory sales. Incentive compensation above base salary is tied directly to sales without a cap.
