Job Description:


As a Retail Sales Associate at Men's Wearhouse, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple businesses, including retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel sales. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Engaging with customers from greeting through post-sale contact
  • Demonstrating benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals
  • Participating in team selling and contributing to the achievement of store sales volume and metrics goals
  • Assisting with visually merchandising, setting up displays, and conducting merchandise stock counts
  • Handling cash transactions as a cashier at the point of sale

Physical Requirements:


This role requires standing and walking for most of the work shift, frequent bending, squatting, and twisting, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and seeing and distinguishing between fabric patterns and colors.
