Job Description:

As an Airport Transfer Truck Driver with Alliance Ground International, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transportation of cargo between aircraft and warehouses. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport cargo via 53' trailer from various types of aircraft to warehouse or warehouse to aircraft while adhering to strict safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to airline representatives and staff, ensuring timely and efficient cargo handling.
  • Operate a tractor trailer daily to accommodate busy workload at the airport, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum 1-2 years Trucking experience with manual transmission.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Ramp Operations.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Customer focus and quality awareness.
  • Ability to deal with conflict.
  • Must pass a drug test/background check and be able to obtain airport security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds in confined spaces.
  • Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods of time.
  • Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment.
Work Schedule:

Alliance Ground International operates 24/7, and employees are required to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Strict adherence to company attendance policies is expected and enforced.

Salary: $32.22 to $34.22 per hour.
