Job Summary

Edgeworth Security is seeking a highly skilled Security Surveillance Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Service and Project Management Teams, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on security systems and equipment
  • Install, program, test, repair, and service a variety of security systems and equipment, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with security systems and equipment
  • Collaborate with the Service and Project Management Teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in security technology
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of technology, infrastructure, and configuration
  • Current certification or proficiency in one of the following: Avigilon, Axis, Exacq, Digital Watchdog, Hanwha, or IPro
  • Minimum 1 year of experience servicing IP-based video systems and networking
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in troubleshooting and basic programming networked IP video systems
