The Job
We are currently seeking a Branch Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Advisors, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our Financial Advisors to understand the needs of our clients and develop strategies to meet those needs. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in current office technology and software applications
