Director of Respiratory Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director Respiratory Therapy to lead our Respiratory Therapy and Neuro-diagnostic Services teams at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of Respiratory Therapy and Neuro-diagnostic Services, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies.
- Develop and implement strategies for short-term and long-term growth and development of Respiratory Services and Neuro-diagnostics to meet the needs of the facility and the community.
- Collaborate with departmental Managers, Physicians, and Administration to plan and implement initiatives that improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Recruit, orient, and develop a team of Respiratory Therapists and Neuro-diagnostic Technologists to ensure adequate staffing and skill levels.
- Establish and monitor the clinical service's budgetary needs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- 2 years of Healthcare management experience with 5 years of experience in a clinical position in Respiratory.
- Preferred: 5 years Healthcare management with experience in Respiratory.
