**General Dermatology Opportunity in Southern Ohio**
We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible dermatologist to join our rapidly growing and highly productive outpatient clinic in Southern Ohio.
- **Competitive Compensation Package**: Our base salary options include $413,370 (50th percentile MGMA for those just completing training) with additional compensation for experience, guaranteed for 2 years. This can be switched to a wRVU production contract when exceeding target.
- **Alternative Compensation Package**: Our base salary option includes $538,590 (75th percentile MGMA) guaranteed for one year and then switched to a wRVU production contract.
- **Work-Life Balance**: Enjoy a Monday-Thursday schedule with office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and rare call requirements that can be taken from home.
- **High-Volume Practice**: Expect to see approximately 40-45 patients per day and perform 20-30 procedures per day.
- **Comprehensive Benefits Package**: Enjoy a full benefits package including $10,000 for moving, CME allowance, 457 deferred comp plan, 403B retirement, paid malpractice insurance, health, and other insurances, and 232 hours of PTO (an additional 40 hours offered when producing 75th percentile RVUs, full health coverage, and more.
- **Student Loan Debt Assistance**: Receive $200,000 in student loan debt assistance, residency stipend up to $25,000, and a sign-on bonus of 15% base salary offered (up to $100,000).
- **Location**: Our clinic is conveniently located within a 2.5-hour drive from several major cities, including Huntington, WV, Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Charleston, WV, and Lexington, KY.
- **H1B Visa Sponsorship**: We offer H1B visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
