Job Summary:

The Mail Inventory Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Conducting physical counts of mail inventory at designated facilities
  • Recording physical counts on tracking sheets, including observations of mail condition and handling
  • Delivering count records to assigned clients
  • Attending meetings as directed

This is a month-to-month position with possible extension.

Requirements:

  • US Citizen or Green Card holder and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • Ability to accurately count and record data
  • Basic data entry and recording skills
  • Basic level of Microsoft Office usage
  • Ability to communicate results verbally and in writing
