We are seeking a highly skilled Metrology Technician to join our team at Diedre Moire Corp. as a Validation Calibration Technician. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in laboratory instrumentation and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Instrumentation Calibration: Perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments, including spectrometers, chromatographs, and detectors.
- Equipment Repair and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment, and recommend replacement or repair options.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular preventative maintenance on test equipment and related components to ensure optimal performance.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training modules on safe operation of equipment, and serve as a resource for users.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained, and that all work is performed in accordance with established quality standards.
- Education: Associate's degree in a related field, such as instrumentation, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in instrumentation calibration and maintenance.
