**Responsibilities**


  • **Take and Record Vital Signs**: Measure and record guests' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • **Measure and Record Height and Weight, Intake and Output**: Measure and record guests' height and weight, as well as their intake and output.
  • **Care for the Guests' Environment**: Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests, including their living spaces and common areas.
  • **Assist with Bathing, Grooming, and Toileting**: Assist guests with bathing, grooming, and toileting, as needed.
  • **Assist with Eating and Hydration**: Assist guests with eating and hydration, including feeding and providing water.
  • **Observe Guests' Skin and Report Changes**: Observe guests' skin and report any changes to the licensed nurse, providing skin care as needed.
  • **Meet Guests' Mental Health and Social Service Needs**: Meet guests' mental health and social service needs, including providing emotional support and connecting them with resources.

**Qualifications**


  • **High School Graduate/GED**: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • **CNA Certification**: Must be certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
