About the Role

We are seeking an experienced production assembler to join our team at Plexus. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for supporting the production of complex electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate tooling and equipment in accordance with provided instructions and procedures.
  • Assist in the creation of instructions and documentation for new processes and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, quality, and inventory.
  • Support improvement initiatives and participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Train and mentor other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Five (5) years of related experience in electronics production/manufacturing.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to change.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn new tasks.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for the duration of shift.
  • Ability to frequently reach at waist and occasionally above head.
  • Ability to carry up to 4.5 Kg (15 Lbs) and lift up to 20.4 KG (45lbs).
  • Ability to use fine motor skills and occasional use of hand tools.
  • Ability to frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, and/or stoop.
  • Ability to meet visual acuity requirements defined by industry certifications and customer specifications.
