SUMMARY

The Electronics Assembly Specialist will be responsible for executing semi-repetitive assembly, testing, and calibration of various components, including electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical, or pneumatic parts, by following manufacturing documents, engineering specifications, and both verbal and written instructions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assemble, test, and calibrate components, subassemblies, and units in accordance with product specifications and manufacturing assembly documentation.
  • Consistently meet assigned production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Acquire proficiency in all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production workstations through comprehensive training.
  • Accurately interpret and document essential data from manufacturing documents.
  • Skillfully utilize hand tools, testing instruments, and product calibration stations.
  • Receive cross-training in various production areas to enhance departmental flexibility.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of work to uphold a safe working environment.
  • Promptly address any kit shortages that may arise.
