Job Summary:
Greenwood Village is seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Provide basic care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop care plans
Requirements:
- Active LPN certification
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
