Responsibilities:- Provide essential coverage across multiple units, ensuring seamless care for our patients.
- Focus on the continuum of care for numerous patients, working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Emphasize professional and personal growth, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Education: High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required.
- Experience: Consistent demonstration of competent clinical nursing practice proficiency required.
- Licenses and Certifications: RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required, BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required, CHS HealthStream Course BAC - Basic Arrhythmia Course required within 180 days of hire or transfer into position, NIHSS - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Exam required within 180 days of hire or transfer into position.
