This role is crucial in managing teams within our Telecommunications Division. As a General Foreman, you will oversee a team of 3 to 5 crew members, ensuring efficient operations and project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee crew activities, ensuring safety, effective project management, and positive client interactions.
- Plan and execute job layouts to achieve daily and weekly production targets while adhering to contract timelines.
- Implement and uphold OSHA and customer safety standards to mitigate risks to personnel and property.
- Serve as a self-driven, inspiring leader for the crew.
- Facilitate clear communication with Area Managers, Superintendents, and clients.
- Ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available on-site.
- Be prepared to work flexible hours, including overtime, and travel as required for projects.
- Engage in physical labor outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.

Qualifications
