About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Specialist to join our team at We Surv Inc. As a Pool Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our customers' swimming pools and spas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, including brushing, skimming, balancing of chemicals, filter changes, vacuuming, and small routine maintenance.
  • Train under a veteran pool technician to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills.
  • Work independently to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency in your work.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as landscaping, moving, junk removal, painting, and odd jobs, to provide a comprehensive service to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a reliable vehicle and a smartphone to communicate through our tech platforms.
  • Be prompt, reliable, professional, friendly, and personable.
  • Display the ability to manage in any environment and complete tasks with excellence.
