About the Opportunity
Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). As a DSP, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities.
Job Description
As a DSP, you will assist individuals in developing and maintaining skills to improve their daily living and social skills. You will engage in activities with individuals to help them live more independently within the community and participate in community life. You will also maintain annual 24-hour training requirements.
Required Experience and Education
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Must be willing to complete given background checks
- Must have a valid Driver's License and existing insurance
- Must be willing and able to drive individuals in personal cars throughout the community
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include weekly compensation processing, flexible work hours, and personal and professional fulfillment in an impactful role.
