We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Analyst to join our team at CRG. As an ERP Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing the data integrity and accuracy of our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Lead Data Integrity Initiatives**: Develop and implement strategies to ensure the accuracy and completeness of ERP data, including BOMs and costing information.
  • **Product Costing Expertise**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize product costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • **Business Intelligence Development**: Design and build complex reports using SQL and Excel to provide actionable insights into product costing, inventory levels, and production efficiency.
  • **Automation and Process Improvement**: Utilize VBA scripting to automate data processing tasks and enhance the functionality of Excel-based tools.
  • **Support for New Product Launches**: Provide critical support for custom product launches, ensuring that all customer needs are met.
  • **Analytical Insights**: Analyze the effects of product costs on different systems and departments within the company, providing actionable recommendations to management.
  • **BOM Management**: Understand the impact of BOMs on various aspects of the business, including pricing, margins, and supply chain logistics.
  • **Reporting and Analysis**: Provide detailed analysis and reports to management, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate with product development and production teams to ensure seamless execution of new product launches.
Qualifications
  • **Bachelor's Degree**: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • **ERP Systems Expertise**: Strong proficiency in ERP systems, with a focus on data management and product costing.
  • **Technical Skills**: Advanced skills in SQL and Excel, including experience with building functions and VBA scripting.
  • **BOM Management**: Experience with BOM management and understanding of how product costs impact different areas of the business.
  • **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to create detailed reports and provide insights to management.
  • **Experience with New Product Launches**: Experience working with new product launches, particularly in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both internal teams and external customers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • **Previous Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production company.
  • **Industry-Specific ERP Systems**: Knowledge of industry-specific ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • **Project Management Tools**: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • **Independent Work**: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
