Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Assistant - Cart Attendant. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our members have a positive shopping experience by providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, and offering alternative product options.
  • Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations.
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Process member purchases, assist with payments, and utilize cash registers to assist members with transactions.
  • Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds, assist members with transporting items, and maintain parking lot cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Customer Service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a physical environment.
