Family Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Therapist at Pathway Family Services Inc. As a Therapist, you will work directly with children, youth, and their families in our residential treatment program to assist in learning important skills and techniques to maintain stability and permanency in the home.
Responsibilities- Work with children, youth, and their families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote healthy relationships and coping skills
- Collaborate with a team partner to meet case plan goals and locate resources for the family
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a strong desire to help children grow and build healthy families, and is committed to advocating for children and their families. A master's degree in a human service-related field and state required clinical licensure with a minimum of two years' experience working with youth/families experiencing developmental, emotional, and behavioral difficulties are required.
