About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Lucky Brand. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting our brand and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to create a personalized shopping experience and build strong relationships with our customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing our sales strategy and providing excellent customer service.
  • Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales and provide fashion advice to customers.
  • Assist with daily opening and closing tasks to maintain a clean and tidy store.
  • Complete assigned job responsibilities such as floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers.
  • Remain positive and professional, working together with the team to create a great environment for our customers and each other.
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years old (able to submit a work permit) or older.
  • Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
