This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator. You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with various HR/Payroll functions, including timekeeping, payroll, program administration, employee communications, and other related duties;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel and medical files for active and terminated employees;
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, and FLSA);
  • Participating in the development and execution of site/region level strategies to improve Organizational health and culture;
  • Supporting the payroll coordinator and assisting with payroll-related tasks;
  • Compiling, reconciling, and validating completeness of daily time reporting;
  • Monitoring and reporting on timing reporting compliance;

Essential Skills:

  • U.S. Person required;
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  • Associates degree in business administration, finance, or human resources preferred;
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work well in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously;
