About the Role:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of our clients' homes. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' functional abilities, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop comprehensive treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
  • Implement occupational therapy interventions, including adaptive equipment training, environment modifications, and education on daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in home healthcare or a related setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
