We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at CentraCare - Monticello. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care for patients in the Birthing Center, Medical/Surgical Unit, Pediatrics, and ICU.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, OB/GYN physicians, Family Medicine physicians, Midwives, Pediatricians, and a professional anesthesia team to ensure excellent continuity of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy outcomes.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing or higher.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) Current Minnesota RN License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) current certification.
  • Labor and delivery experience.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Current NRP certification required.
