Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate research initiatives within the Radiology department, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
- Streamline the operations of the clinical office, enhancing processes and improving efficiency to create a seamless research environment.
- Employ Mint Lesion software for the management and analysis of radiology imaging data, ensuring precision and efficiency in processing.
- Guarantee that all research activities comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulations regarding the Protection of Human Subjects.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex documents, templates, and databases utilizing MS Word, Excel, Access, and other database applications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing leadership and direction to ensure the successful execution of research projects.
- Organize and reference data using EndNote and Adobe Acrobat.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or medical discipline, with at least 3 years of experience in a clinical healthcare environment.
- Proven experience in managing clinical office settings and workflows.
- Thorough understanding of GCP guidelines and regulations for human subjects protection.
- Exceptional collaboration skills with strong time-management capabilities.
- Preferred certifications include Clinical Research (SOCRA certification) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Access, and database management tools; familiarity with Mint Lesion, EndNote, and Adobe Acrobat is essential.
- Strong communication skills with a keen focus on deadlines and time-sensitive tasks.
