As a key member of our team, the Server/Waiter/Waitress plays a vital role in ensuring a delightful dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for managing the flow of service and maintaining the rhythm of the dining area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly upon their arrival.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Provide attentive service, ensuring guests' needs are met throughout their meal.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume dining environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Skills:

  • Exceptional guest service abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing.

Work Environment:

The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to heat and noise typical of a busy restaurant setting. Standing for extended periods and moving throughout the dining area is required.
