Job Summary: We are seeking experienced mortgage originators to join our team and work directly with consumers to provide mortgage guidance and financing options. As a mortgage originator, you will originate residential loans for purchases and refinances, and work with our talented loan processing teams and operations staff to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with consumers to provide mortgage guidance and financing options
  • Originate residential loans for purchases and refinances
  • Collaborate with our loan processing teams and operations staff to provide exceptional service to our clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents and other industry professionals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a mortgage originator or in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
