About the Project:

The Senior Architect for Gold Images will be responsible for designing and implementing a pipeline of processes to create Amazon Machine Images (AMIs) for applications and take snapshots of the Operating System. These images will be used to provision the system and create a copy that can be built against our security systems, ensuring that we do not purchase images directly from AWS.

The successful candidate will collaborate with different platform groups and occasionally work with external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the gold images pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a gold images pipeline using AWS and Azure
  • Build machine images in AWS and Azure
  • Develop an image build factory
  • Collaborate with platform groups and external stakeholders
