Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering ABA therapy in one-on-one or small group settings
  • Accurately executing skill acquisition programs and individualized treatment plans
  • Implementing behavior reduction strategies, protocols, and support plans
  • Collecting and entering data into a data management system
  • Generating and maintaining precise billing and clinical documentation
  • Collaborating with client families and relevant professionals regarding updates, progress, and behavioral concerns
  • Adhering to company policies and standards of conduct; implementing ABA interventions in accordance with BACB ethical guidelines
  • Ensuring compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regarding Private Health Information (PHI)
  • Participating in initial and ongoing staff training and committing to continuous learning and performance enhancement
  • Collaborating on the design and preparation of program materials

Qualifications

  • Possession of an active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is highly preferred, but not mandatory
  • A minimum of one year of experience working in ABA with children with autism and/or related developmental disabilities is required
  • Pursuing (with at least two years completed) and/or holding a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Speech Pathology, Early Childhood Education, etc.) is highly preferred, but not mandatory
