Anesthesia Technician

We are seeking a skilled Anesthesia Technician to join our team at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. As an Anesthesia Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

• Assist Anesthesia Providers: Collaborate with anesthesia providers to prepare patients for procedures, maintain anesthesia equipment, and ensure a safe and efficient operating room environment.
• Prepare Anesthesia Equipment: Set up and maintain anesthesia equipment, including ventilators, monitors, and other essential devices.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of anesthesia equipment, supplies, and medications to ensure timely availability.
• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive care to patients across different age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.

• Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year direct patient care experience in a hospital setting.
• Certifications: American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certified Anesthesia Technician certification.
