Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to company standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Front-of-House and Heart-of-House teams to ensure seamless service.

  • Education and Certifications: Current, unexpired CA Food Handling Certificate.

Work Environment
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work Schedule: Flexible schedule, including varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
