Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembler II to join our team at Aydin Displays. As an Electromechanical Assembler II, you will be responsible for assembling sub-tier and upper-level assemblies of electronic Mil-Aerospace displays and peripheral assemblies. You will also be required to repair assemblies and equipment, examine parts for defects, and align and fit parts into completed units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and technical procedures to determine methods and sequence of assembly operations.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and templates to assemble and repair equipment.
  • Solder, assemble cables, and assemble electrical and mechanical parts in specific locations on various sub-assemblies and completed assemblies.
  • Work in a clean room atmosphere to perform final displays head assemble (DHA) processing for various modules.
  • Modify modules with various enhancements and LED rail configurations.
  • Perform unit measuring comprehension, including fraction-decimal-mm with calibers and rulers.
  • Clean glass with various types of cleaning agents to eliminate film and foreign materials.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • 5 years minimum in a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of AS9100 QMS or equivalent Quality System.
  • Clean Room experience a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 30/50lbs and stand for a 9-hour shift with breaks.
